Valley Podiatry Associates is proud to provide complete foot and ankle care to patients throughout South Hadley, Springfield, and Wilbraham, MA. Our team works with patients of all ages who experience foot and ankle pain, bunions, heel pain, ankle injuries, nail conditions, and mobility issues that can make everyday shoes uncomfortable. Dr. Lauren Perica brings both expertise and genuine kindness to her practice, ensuring that each patient receives thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and treatment tailored to their individual needs and lifestyle.

Dr. Lauren A. Perica is a board-certified podiatric physician with advanced training in foot and ankle care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in 2012. Dr. Perica completed her residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut, where she received comprehensive training in both surgical and nonsurgical foot and ankle care.

Dr. Perica is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is affiliated with Baystate Medical Center, Holyoke Medical Center, Mercy Medical Center, the Surgical Center of New England. Her professional interests include treating plantar fasciitis and heel pain, sports related injuries, diabetic foot and wound care, and podiatric surgery. Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Dr. Perica joined Valley Podiatry Associates in 2015 and enjoys serving patients throughout the Pioneer Valley. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with friends and family, including hiking and kayaking throughout New England.
