Dr. Costales 

Whether treating chronic conditions or helping patients stay comfortable and pain-free, Valley Podiatry Associates is dedicated to providing exceptional foot and ankle care to our communities in South Hadley, Springfield, and Wilbraham, MA. We work with patients managing concerns such as heel pain, sports related injuries, ankle instability, diabetic foot conditions, wounds, and structural foot problems that can interfere with daily movement. Dr. Christian Costales is known for his thorough, compassionate approach and for ensuring every patient receives the time, clarity, and support they need throughout their treatment. 

Dr. Christian Costales was born and raised in the Philippines. After high school, he attended Brigham Young University in Laie, Hawaii and Samuel Merritt University, California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, California. After graduating from podiatry school, Christian moved to the northeast and completed his 3-year residency at Boston Medical Center. Here he gained extensive training in all aspects of foot and ankle pathology and surgery. In his spare time, Dr. Costales enjoys travelling, outdoor activities which include visiting National Parks, hiking, swimming while spending his time with his wife and 3 young kids. Dr. Costales is the newest addition to Valley Podiatry Associates, joining the practice in 2025, and is excited to serve the community of the Pioneer Valley.
